1. The liquid tank classification

2. The liquid tank structure

  • A. The fixed type is mainly composed of a tank body and a bracket.
  • B. The tank body and the head are made of high quality stainless steel.
  • C. The jacket and the ribs are made of stainless steel, and the insulation layer is foamed with polyurethane (20C for 20 hours).

The stainless steel liquid mixing tank is generally a hygienic and clean container with a fully sealed and vertical structure, and has the functions of heating, cooling, heat preservation and stirring. The liquid mixing tank body with heating or cooling function is provided with a jacket, which can be respectively heated or cooled by heating or cooling medium, so that the chemical liquid is fully dissolved and formulated by the operation of the agitator. The tank system configuration mainly includes transmission device, mechanical seal device, temperature control device, spotlight, sight glass, stirring device, manhole feeding port, steam inlet, condensate outlet, material outlet, sewage outlet, sampling port, 360°. Universal cleaning balls, and some are orifice plate filtration devices, weighing and metering devices, liquid level metering devices, and circulation devices.

Cylinder material:

3. The use of liquid tank

Stainless steel liquid tank is suitable for the preparation and storage of liquid materials in traditional Chinese medicine, food and chemical industries. Steam or cold water can be introduced into the jacket to make the material at a suitable temperature. It is an injection, a large infusion, a concentrated liquid and a thin liquid. Preferred equipment. At the same time, the liquid mixing tank is used for the extraction of Chinese and Western medicines or the synthesis of the proportioning solution, the neutralization of acid and alkali, and the post-decomposition treatment. The stainless steel liquid mixing tank has the functions of heating, cooling, heat preservation and stirring. The tank body is designed with material inlets such as material inlet, pure water outlet, discharge port and sampling port, and can provide the conditions of the liquid mixing process. After the liquid mixture is finished, the straight steam can be turned on to achieve the sterilization function. At the same time, after the high-temperature liquid-dispensing process is completed, the cooling can be cooled and the discharge valve is opened.
The stainless steel liquid tank can be designed with automatic control system, including process control such as feeding, discharging, temperature control, stirring, pH adjustment, weighing measurement, liquid level metering, etc., reducing labor intensity and enabling automatic control of the liquid mixing process. 

4. The characteristics of the liquid tank

  1. The container insulation material is made of high temperature resistant, anti-aging polyurethane foam or pearl cotton.
  2. The interface adopts the international common standard ISO quick-loading chuck type. The inner tank is made of imported stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304. The inner surface is mirror-polished to Ra≤0.4m. The outer surface is polished with matt, mirror, sandblasted or cold-rolled primary matt. .
  3. The seal of the agitator is imported sanitary grade mechanical agitation seal or magnetic full-sealing agitation device. The stirring speed can be optional.
  4. The nozzle is equipped with liquid level meter port (static pressure type, capacitive type, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, glass tube type), air breathing port, thermometer (digital display or dial type), CIP cleaning port, view Mirror, explosion-proof light (integrated with mirror light), SIP sterilizing port, inlet and outlet, and sanitary manhole.

6. Technical requirements

  1. Document support: Equipment structure size drawings (PDF), instruction manuals, etc. can be provided.
  2. According to the functional requirements, the following standards are used to design, manufacture and inspect:
  • A. Sections 31-37 of Chapter 4 of the “Good Manufacturing Practices for Pharmaceutical Production (Revised 1998)”;
  • B. “Steel Pressure Vessel (GB150-1998)”;
  • C. “Steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel (JB/T4735-1997)”;
  • D. Food Safety and Hygiene (GB16798-1997).

7. Operating procedure for feeding and boiling of stainless steel liquid tank
Stainless steel liquid tank inlet:

  • 1.1. Confirm the liquid tank, filter bag, and the infusion pipe has been cleaned;
  • 1.2. Close all valves and manholes;
  • 1.3. Open the water circulation vacuum pump;
  • 1.4. Open the vacuum valve on the liquid tank, and after the vacuum gauge indicates to -0.04~~-0.06Map, open the inlet valve;
  • 1.5. Insert the liquid inlet hose into the barrel and start to suck;
  • 1.6. After the liquid is sucked, close the vacuum pump, vacuum valve, and inlet valve;
  • 1.7. Open the drain valve to keep the tank at normal pressure.

Stainless steel liquid tank cooking

  • 2.1. Open the tail gas straight-through valve;
  • 2.2. Open the steam valve;
  • 2.3. After draining the condensate, close the tail gas straight-through valve and open the tail steam trap to cook the material;
  • 2.4. After the liquid is boiled, open the venting valve, control the steam valve, and make the liquid slightly boiling. The vapor pressure of the interlayer is kept at 0.15-0.05Map.
  • 2.5. After the cooking is completed, close the steam valve and the steam trap to open the manhole.

8. Use and maintenance of stainless steel liquid tank

  1. The stainless steel liquid tank is a normal pressure equipment. If the heat exchanger is unblocked, it is also considered as normal pressure. If the pressure is too high, please check whether the inlet and outlet are blocked.
  2. The gear unit should be equipped with 40#–50# engine oil or 70#–90# extreme pressure industrial gear oil. After the first operation for 20 days (8 hours per day), replace the oil and clean the oil in the fuel tank. Replace every 3 to 5 months and clean the fuel tank. (except for gearboxes)
  3. The loading capacity of the stainless steel liquid tank should be strictly in accordance with the effective volume of the stirred tank. It is strictly forbidden to use the overload to avoid burning the motor or damaging the reducer and other components.
  4. If the stainless steel liquid mixing tank is not used for a long time, it should be completely cleaned, and the lubricating oil should be injected everywhere and the power supply should be cut off.

Stainless steel tank cleaning requirements

Stainless steel liquid tank can ensure a certain cleaning effect, improve product safety; save operating time, improve efficiency; save labor and ensure operation safety; save water, steam and other energy, reduce detergent usage; production equipment can be large-sized, High level of automation; extended service life of production equipment. Mechanism of action of CIP cleaning Chemical energy is mainly produced by chemical agents added to it, and it is the most important factor determining the washing effect. Generally, manufacturers can choose detergents according to the nature and degree of pollution of the cleaning object, the materials, water quality, selected cleaning methods, cost and safety.   • Disadvantages are: strong irritating to the skin; poor water washability.
  • The advantages of the sterilizing agent are: rapid bactericidal effect, effective for all microorganisms; generally non-toxic after dilution; not affected by water hardness; forming a film on the surface of the device; easy to measure concentration; easy to measure;
  • Disadvantages are: there are special tastes; certain storage conditions are required; different concentrations of bactericidal effect are different; when the temperature is low, it is easy to freeze; improper use can cause side effects; the bactericidal effect of mixing with dirt is obviously reduced; when it is spilled, it is easy to contaminate the environment and leave traces. .
  • The acid in the acid-base detergent refers to a 1% to 2% nitric acid solution, and the alkali refers to 1% to 3% sodium hydroxide at 65 ° C – 80 ° C. The sterilizing agent is a chlorine-based bactericide which is frequently used, such as sodium hypochlorite. When the heat energy is at a certain flow rate, the higher the temperature, the smaller the viscosity coefficient and the larger the Reynolds number (Re). The rise of temperature can usually change the physical state of the dirt, accelerate the chemical reaction rate, increase the solubility of the dirt, and facilitate the separation of the impurity solution during cleaning, thereby improving the cleaning effect and shortening the cleaning time.
